There’s a lot that goes into planning a funeral, but making those arrangements beforehand gives you time to consider all of your options and make sure that you’re covering all of the necessary details. You Can Prepay

Prepayment generally means that you save money by being protected from inflation and price changes. We deposit all prepayments into an insurance policy where it remains until needed. Prepaying also provides peace of mind for your family, who won’t have to figure out your funeral expenses when the time comes.



Your Money Is Safe

The State of Ohio requires that your money be invested in an insurance policy or a prearrangement trust. It is illegal for any funeral home to co-mingle prearrangement funds with the business’ general operating funds. Diehl-Whittaker utilizes insurance policies because the application process is simple, you make monthly payments directly to the insurance company, and if you move, the policy can be easily moved to any funeral home in the United States. Best of all, after the initial limited benefit period, in the case of an untimely early passing, the total prearranged funeral cost is paid for, even if all the payments haven’t been completed.
