Will H. McCarrel, age 85, went home to the Lord Friday, April 29, 2011 at his residence. Local transportation entrepreneur and U.S. Navy veteran. Predeceased by daughter, Linda McCarrel-Cooper; sisters, Wiletha Nelson and Mary McCarrel. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Maple McCarrel; daughters, Lana McCarrel-Brown (Bobby); Willetha McCarrel-Groce; sons, William McCarrel (Faye), and James McCarrel; daughter, Janet McCarrel-Tyler (Roland); sister, Ruth Moseley; brother, Robert McElhaney; brother-in-law, Billy Flood; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other nieces and nephews and friends.
