Theresa Ware

Theresa was born June 19, 1950 in Long Branch New Jersey to Gracie Rice and Arthur Rice. She was the life of the party and she was always smiling and lived life. Her joy in life was to take care of her 4 children and to make sure they never needed for anything, Theresa was an example of a strong black woman. Even though she left home at a young age she never let anyone or anything stop her. When she came to Columbus she had three children and she did not let that stop her from getting what she needed or wanted. She exemplified the definition of tough love and installed great values that were taught to her growing up. Her model was only do what you can and the lord will take care of the rest. Theresa was very well known and loved in her community. She had a brightest smile, and a heart of gold. She was always there when you needed her.  Theresa was selfless and touched so many hearts that she came in contact with.  She was a very positive person and never looked at the negative in any situation. She was an inspiration to everyon and will be missed dearly. Theresa is servived by her sons Reginald Theodore. Rice Sr. Kenneth Tyrone. Rice and  Daughtes Carmaria Renae  Rice and Terrie Love- Joy Coates. Sisters Sherry Williams and a special friend/  sister Brenda Montgomery.   Brothers Samuel Proctor, Alphonzo Rice, Ulysses Rice, Aurthur Rice III, Brian Rice.  And a host of Grandchildren, Great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by father Arthur Rice, mother Gracie Rice, sister Vera Brodie, Diane Rice and Brother Wayne Proctor
