Theophilus Belcher I

Theophilus Mark Belcher I, 56, born August 20, 1955 to Henry H. and the late Alice Belcher, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 1, 2011. Retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Survived by his wife, Tina; children, Theophilus (Sarah) and Wayne Belcher, Tamar (Romell) Morgan and Christina (Romell) Graves; grandchildren, Ella, Dynasty, Jason, Tavion; father, Henry Howard Belcher; sisters, Keko Regena Belcher and Anita (Anthony) Parrett; brother, Henry Belcher; mother-in-law, Dorothy Hill; godson, Lamar D. Price; several in-laws from the Owens and Hill families; aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
