SYLVIA LANORA JONES, age 93 was born January 17, 1927 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Earl and Esther Brown. She was a retired nurse from St. Anthony Hospital. A faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she served as deaconess, member of The Royal Aides and the Auxiliary Choir. She departed this earthly life on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at her residence while under Hospice Care. She is survived by loving daughter and caregiver, Nellene M. Hodge; sister, Elaine Clay; grandchildren, Sharma . Hodge and Destiny N. Davidson; great grandchildren, Elijah Hodge-Claytor and Trinity Marie Hodge-Claytor.
