Stuart Roger Hawkins

Stuart Roger Hawkins, 82, departed this life on December 1, 2012, born September 18, 1930 to Ethel and Frank Hawkins in Lancaster, Ohio. Stuart was a Veteran of the US Army. He graduated from Central State University with a degree in Microbiology and undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University. Stuart retired from the Ohio Department of Health where he worked for 32 years. He was a caring husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Lorece Hawkins, sons Cornell Hawkins (Gail), Eugene Hawkins (Sandy), Jerald Hawkins (Marie), Roderick Hawkins, Anthony Hollins (Jackie), Bruce Hollins (Kathy) and Farrell King, daughters Sheila Taylor, Carmella Thomas and Ra’Shell Wilson, amongst a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
