DOUBLE SERVICE BEING HELD WITH SANDRA and SIERRA (Grandmother & Granddaughter)

Sierra Nicole Smith, gained her wings unexpectantly on October 7th, 2021.

Sierra was born March 19, 1989, in Columbus, Ohio to Dionne Smith and the late Dewayne Grey.

She attended Columbus Public Schools and was the mother of six beautiful children.

Sisi, as she was so affectionately called was a beautiful young lady, inside and out. She was both intelligent and loving. A free spirit who just wanted to love on everyone in her life. She had a big bright contagious smile that would light up the night and a laugh that made you want to laugh with her. She had a bubbly personality and kept a joke and nickname for everyone around her.  She enjoyed listening to music and being fashionable. She was the perfect big sister to all her siblings, never letting them forget she was the oldest. She would argue at them and then cook them breakfast, including her famous french toast and Sugardale bacon.  Her enjoyment of food, especially side dishes, earned her the family name “Fatty”.

One of the most important things that she valued was her family, especially her Grandma Sandy, who earned her wings earlier the same day, and was waiting at heavens gates for her.  She gave her a hug, took her hand and they entered eternity forever.

She is preceded in death by her father Dewayne Grey, grandmother Kim Grey, grandmother Sandra Smith-Hairston, sister Elegance Hairston and grandfather Eddie Hairston; She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Dionne Smith, grandfather David Crockett, Children Dewayne, Serenity, Harmony, Melody, , Arreis/ Laila and Amethyst /Leilani ; Siblings Greggory(Tiana), LeoDitus, Sir(Karizma), Cache(Taneel), Jhalil, Shawn, Chastity, Chazz, Monee, Chanel, Chelsii, Olajuwan, Daejon;  Great Uncles Donald, Alfred; Great Aunt Arnetta;  Uncles Darnell, LeoDitus (Trina), David (Rochelle) ; Godfathers Marc Willis, Kelvin Jackson and Antonio (Chuck) Martin; Aunts Zannita, Nitra, Shelly, Tiffany, and Brandy; Nieces Kimara, Avani, Aziah;  Nephews Karter, Leo, Major, Taneel, Tai’zire, Cousins Jason, Billy Dee, Khristoper, Kendall, Zanatrell, Justin, Derrick, Jerome, Mark and Jewuan; Stephanie, Mariah, Kizzie and Alanita, Kayanna, Alvin, Anthony and Ajanae, Tamara, Tanikwa, Tessa and Taylor. Best friends/sisters Mieja and Jade.  A host of other family and friends who loved her immensely and she loved back.
