Shawn Lemuel 'Shoe' Kyle

Shawn L. Kyle, 45, peacefully departed this life on Monday, May 16, 2011. Born January 23, 1966 in Ashville, NC, he was the last of 5 children from the union of Frank Kyle and Lois Rutherford. Preceded in death by parents, grandparents, brothers William Kyle and Frank Kyle, Sr., and very special brother-in-law Kenny Eiland. He leaves to celebrate his life and mourn his passing, his devoted sisters Dolly Kyle-Eiland and Mary Kyle, both of Columbus, OH, and brother Michael Wilson of North Carolina; special niece Shannon Kyle; devoted companion Reene Eakin; special aunt and uncle Louis and Earlene Rutherford; nephews, Frank Jr., Kenny, Michael (Jay), and Steven; nieces, Daleshawna, Tequila, and Jennifer; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Celebration of Life 2 p.m., Monday, May 23, 2011 in the chapel of DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E. Long Street, where the family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until start of service. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
