Savannah Murphy, 79, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011. Born in Belzoni, MS, October 23, 1931, preceded in death by husband, Robert W. Murphy; parents Gully and Annie Body; son, George Daniels Jr.; brothers, Walter, Willie and Coleman Body and sister, Erdelle Body-Clayborn. Survived by sons, Roy (Carla) Daniels, Charles (Rose) Daniels, Timothy Murphy and Jonathan Murphy; daughters, Shirley (Terry) Gilbert and Della (Scott) Williams and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many relatives and friends.
