Sandra Louise 'Cookie' (Fain) Smith

Sandra Cookie Fain-Smith, age 70, of Columbus, OH, went home to the Lord Sunday, December 25, 2011 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Educated in the Columbus Public School System, she later earned a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. After working in various hospitals in the Columbus area, Sandra retired from the Columbus Developmental Center as a registered nurse. She was predeceased by her father, Ivan Fain; former husband, Carl R. Smith, Sr.; and two sons, Keith and Carl, Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted mother, Alice C. Fain; grandson, Carl, III; other family and many friends.
