Rosia Ann Wynn was born January 28, 1920 in Georgia. She was a graduate of Central High School in Columbus, Ohio. She retired from DCSC with over 35 years of service and she received numerous performance service awards. Rosie enjoyed traveling far and wide with her sisters, brother and cousins. She and her sister Sayde founded S & R Travel for their many excursions. She loved to cook and host large gatherings and parties at her lovely home and in her beautiful rose garden. She enjoyed watching her favorite team The Ohio State Buckeyes and once attended the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Rosia was a very spiritual person and joined Bethel AME Church in 1980 under the Reverend David Todd where she was a member of the Steward Board and the Forever Young ministries group. Rosia was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Dana Preston and James Wynn, sisters Jessica B. Smith, Georgiana Roberts, and Sayde Fields, brothers Robert Smith and George Dublin, sister-in-laws Margaret Dublin, Bernice Powell and Dorothy Moorehead and nephews George T. Dublin Jr. and William Dublin. On January 21, 2018 Rosia was called from labor to eternal rest. She leaves cherished memories and will be greatly missed by step-children, Wanda Lee, James Clinton (Kathy), Ronni, Tammy (Claude) and Jeffrey; nieces, Charlotte, Deborah, Lisa, Kayla and Charlsea; 10 great nieces and nephews, 25 great great nieces and nephews and a host of church family and friends.
