Bishop Richard Nathaniel Kemper, 79, born October 28, 1938 in Columbus, OH, departed this life Monday, November 6, 2017, at Kobacker House after an extended illness. Bishop Kemper was serving as Pastor of the Jerusalem Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church at the time of his passing. Predeceased by grandparents Reverend John R. and Mary Kemper, mother Mary Elizabeth Kemper, brother John Robert Kemper, Sr., and grandson Chavin L. Roberts. Survived by wife, Sandra J. Kemper; children, Roderick C. Kemper, Sr. (Janet), Richard N. Kemper, II, Randolph M. (Terrion) Kemper, Reginald D. Kemper, Regina R. Kemper, Dwayne E. (Monica) Turner, Andrea L. (Tim) Muhammad, and Derrick L. Turner; 19 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Kemper and Christine Hill; and a host of other relatives and friends.
