Priscilla White

Priscilla White, 82, of Bluefield, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 17, 2025.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Q. White, of 52 years and her sister, Betty (George) Rich. She is preceded by her son, Robert Gregory (“Greg”) White and her sister, Violet Yvonne (Henry) Jackson.

Priscilla was born to the late Mr. & Mrs. John & Martha (Goins) Hairston in Bluefield, West Virginia. She was inducted into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® NU Chapter of West Virginia State University, a Charter Member of Theta Lambda Omega Graduate Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Pontiac, Michigan, and retired from teaching, after 30 years, with the Columbus City Public School system.

Priscilla loved her family and adored her grandchildren. Her surviving family include her daughters, step-daughter, grandchildren, nieces & nephew, as well as many cousins, in-laws, extended family and dear friends, near and far.
