Special thanks to the Ross Heart Hospital Staff. Priscilla Lipsey February 14, 1953 - July 1, 2020 You gave us life, in that you found purpose. Unapologetic probably because motherhood more than defined you, it was the one thing you were most proud of. Where others are more self seeking, you found ways to seek out a better life for us. When we didn’t have, you would figure out how to get it, when it took time to get it, you’d wait for it, if it was broke you would fix it, if it didn’t exist you taught us to build it. Even when others couldn’t see it, you knew what was to come. When things were uncertain you planned for the unknown, and if things to come were inevitable you were always prepared. You worked hard your whole life, sometimes twice as hard as others without excuses, strong willed and determined you always found a way to make ends meet. You gave us life, and in that we found purpose in making you proud. Unapologetic because your motherhood defined and shaped us.
