Pennie Mae Williams

Pennie Mae Williams, 83, was born in Texas on September 14, 1932. She departed this life peacefully on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Pennie was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She graduated from Albuquerque High School. She was united in marriage to Robert Joseph Williams in 1951. Robert passed away in Columbus, Ohio in 1991. Pennie is survived by her six children, Maureen, Patricia, Valerie, Frankie (Britty), Robin and Kurtis (Ladrene); three siblings, Opal, Arvaray, Billy; ten grandchildren, Jerry, April, Keyana, Mary, Desmond, Keysha, Doria, Brian, Jasmine, Fihem and fifteen great grand children. Pennie loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a great and fulfilling cook. She was fluent in Spanish and was well known and respected in the community. Pennie will be missed tremendously for her feistiness and her strong will. She was loved by all who knew her.
