Paul Ned Jenkins was born May 21, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ned and Maudie Mae Jenkins.
Paul was a former employee of DCSC.
He is preceded in death by his sisters, Maggie Isreal, and Francis Jenkins; brothers, Charles Jenkins, and Sonny Jenkins.
Paul leaves to cherish his memory sister Josephine Williams; brothers David A. Jenkins and James Jenkins. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
