Patty Ann Brown

Patty Ann (Smith) Brown, age 52, went home unexpectedly to be with the Lord Sunday, December 5, 2010. Born July 16, 1958 in Columbus, OH to Beulah Beatrice Smith and the late John R. Smith. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Marnice (Jackson) Tolber; father, John R. Smith; and former husband, Andre’ Brown. She attended Columbus South High School, and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Patty was a member of New Wine International Worship Ministries. Formerly employed by the State of Ohio, she retired from the Rehabilitation Services Commission. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Beulah Beatrice Smith, of Texarkana, TX; her devoted children, Bianca, Joel, and Gisel Brown; Isa, Amira, Hannibal, Makiyn, and Njeri Tate; sister, Pamela L. Anderson; brother, Jack V. Smith; grandchildren, Camille Gordon, Nia and Nigel Scott, Antonio and Isaiah Curtis; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, other relatives and friends, including Mickey Tate, father of the Tate children.
