Michael DeWayne VanMeter, 67, was born April 6, 1948 to Barbara Garrison and Russell VanMeter. CPT. Michael VanMeter (US Army), retired from the FBI as a Special Agent. After a brief illness, Michael went home peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2015. Preceded in death by step father Willie Garrison, father Russell VanMeter. Survived by wife, Angela (Wilson); children, Ankomo and Chantelle Mitchell; mother, Barbara Garrison; sisters, Yvonne, Vicki, and Pamela Correll; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
