Mark was preceded in death by grandparents Reuben and Ruth Woods, and mother Bessie B. Woods

Survived By children Siedia and Veroman Woods;siblings Sandra, Darryl, Timothy, and Thomas (Lisa) Woods. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends; and former wife Rev. Belinda Woods.
