Mabel Jean Hope

Mable Jean Hope, age 80, of Columbus, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015. She was born August 1, 1935 in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended OSU for radiology and worked at the Juvenile Diagnostic center in the 70’s, Riverside Hospital during the 80’s and then at OSU Hospital until she became ill. Mable was preceded in death by husband, Donald Hope; parents, Louis and Lucy Washington; and siblings, Ceola (Willie) Hines, Exie (Frank) Johnson, George (Lois) Washington, Curtis, Dick, and Hazel Washington. Survived by sons, Ronald and Kelvin Hope; and siblings, Lois Washington, Shirley Davis, and David Washington.
