Larry Earl Bell

Larry Bell, age 61, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015. The fourth son of the late John Edward Bell, II and Linda Bell Tanner, Larry was a graduate of Columbus Central High School, and obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honors from Bell and Howell’s Ohio Institute of Technology. For 17 years, he was employed as an Engineer in the Simulations Systems Division of the Singer Corporation, later Lockheed Martin, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Larry recently retired from Nationwide Insurance Company in Columbus. Preceded in death by brothers, Donald Bell and Henry Bell, and sisters, Donna Mae Rogers and Rhonda Tanner. Survived by brothers, Ronald Bell, Michael Bell, John Edward Bell, III, Robert Tanner, and Dennis Tanner; sisters, Julia White, Robin (Darnell) Thornton, Toye (Galin) Thomas, Marsha (William) Witherspoon, Corrine Tanner, Stephanie Tanner, Karen Cooper, Jeri Lynn Cunningham, and Pat Tanner; and cousins, Frank (Leona) Bell and Richard Bell.
