Larry D. Reedus

Larry Donnell Reedus, age 52, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 29, 2010 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. He was surrounded by loved ones at the time of his passing. Born on October 11, 1958 to David and Earline Reedus. He retired in 2009 after a fulfilling career in the food industry as a pastry chef. Larry was preceded in death by his father David Lewis Reedus, Sr. and his sister Janet Hope Reedus. Survived by his wife Benita; sons Salvatore and Benjamin Reedus; mother Earline Reedus; sisters Betty F. Sorrell, Jacqueline L. Reedus, both of Columbus, Ohio and Patricia A. Reedus of Santa Rosa Beach, FL.; brothers David L. (Wanda) Reedus, Jr., John F. Reedus, and Derrick L. (LaTashia) Reedus; aunts, Bettie Jordan, Mattie Pearl McAphee, Corine (William) Bridgeford, Mary (Kennis) Washington, Lucille Reedus, Johnnie Mae Smith and Kate Reedus; uncles Bennie L. (Sandra) Baker and Elbert Lee Williams, as well as a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
