Kelvin M. West, age 23, passed away May 20, 2018. Born July 4, 1994 in Columbus, OH, where he was a member of St. Dominic Church. After graduating from Eastmoor Academy, Kelvin attended Columbus State Community College and Claflin University. Survived by parents, Leah and P.R. West, Sr.; brother P.J. West; nephew Phelix West; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
