Joseph L. Graves, 64, passed on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Riverside Hospital. A graduate of East High School and Wilberforce University. He was employed at DSW Incorporated. Preceded in death by father William E. Graves; mother Sara E. Allen Graves; brothers William E. Graves, Jr., Henry B. Graves and Donald A. Graves. Survived by siblings, Edna (George) Smith, Rosemary (Willie) Toombs, Gloria Graves, Elnore Ransom, John (T) Graves, Wesley (Ruth) Graves, Kenneth (Laquita) Graves, Steven (Annette) Graves; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
