Jonathan L. Jay Milton, 23, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. A graduate of Groveport Madison High School. Preceded in death by grandfather, Donald Wooden, and uncle Eugene Milton. Survived by daughter, Amari Walker; mother, Shawtay Milton; father, John Wooden; brother, Kevin Milton; sisters, Searra Woods, Shawtay Milton and Lacheia Milton; grandparents, Sharron Milton, Judy Wooden, and Donald Gwinn; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
