It is with broken hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved , Jeanie Leann Bailey, who was called home from this world on September 4, 2025 at the age of 51.
Jeanie lived a life defined by love, kindness, and quiet strength. To know her was to experience compassion in its purest form, whether through a warm embrace, a listening ear, or the countless selfless acts that never sought recognition. She loved deeply and gave generously, touching the lives of all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.
Born in Columbus Ohio , Jeanie carried her roots with grace and dignity, always finding joy in the simple moments: a shared laugh around the dinner table, the beauty of a sunrise, or the comfort of a familiar song. She was the heart of our family, our anchor, our guide, and our greatest example of unwavering love.
Though words feel painfully inadequate in capturing all that Jeanie was, we carry forward the lessons she taught us: to love fiercely, forgive often, and cherish every fleeting moment.
Jeanie Leann Bailey is survived by her 3 daughters Davionna,Davonna and Daonna Bailey, her 2 granddaughters D’Andrea Casion and Damyra Johnson (still baking), her parents Norma(Rudd) Kelly and Wessoloski (Rosalyn) Kelley Jr. and her siblings Sandra (Tyrone) Johnson, Wessoloski (Quenchell) Kelley III and Wesley (Rashanna) Kelley, and remembered with love by countless friends and relatives whose lives were brightened by her presence.
Our world is dimmer without Jeanie in it, but heaven shines a little brighter. We will miss her more than words can express. Always and Forever.
