Janice Michelle Davis was born August 28, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. Her devotion to God began with her early education at Corpus Christi School and continued at Father Wehrle High School. She graduated from The Ohio Dominican University with a degree in Business Administration and received a Master’s degree in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently employed as the Regional Vice President and Ohio Regional Director for Diadon Enterprises, LLC, Janice was responsible for overseeing several large development projects in Ohio. Clients, team members and all who worked with Janice will remember her genuine kindness, infectious smile and laughter that she shared each day. Janice was a devoted member of The Community of Holy Rosary and St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Her involvement included participation in the Holy Rosary-St. John women’s group, previous membership with the Knights of Peter Claver, and active service as a Eucharistic Minister. Additionally, Janice served as a member of the church’s finance committee and coordinator of their annual Holiday Bazaar, in which she took great pride. Janice was a spiritual and hard-working woman of service who will be deeply missed by those who knew her. On May 16, 2018, at the age of 48, Janice returned to her heavenly home, while surrounded by her family and best friends, at The Ohio State University – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital in Columbus. Her beloved parents, Benita Norma Davis and James Sims, preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother Dwayne A. “Tony” Thomas; her nieces, church family and many close friends including Diana Gattis, Don Gattis, Ty Ware, Ginger Cunningham and Jason Chamblin.
