James Donald Lee Brooks, Jr

James Brooks Jr. was born to Barbara Jean Brooks (Moses) and James Donald Lee Brooks, Sr of Columbus Ohio.  He was the second oldest of their four children.  He was raised on the Westside of Cbus known as the Bottoms of the Hilltop area.  He attended Chicago Elementary, Starling Jr. high and graduated from Central High School.  He was employed at Grant Medical Hospital for 45 years as the lead Anesthesiologist.

James had one son with Sheryl Waderker named Lee Awan Brooks; grandchildren Olivia, Samuel, Simon and Zara.

James married Sheila Brooks (                ) and had four children named Garrett  (Carah) Brooks; grandchildren Natasha, Selina. and Aria Alexis Brooks,  Kelsy Brooks and Jason Brooks

James leaves behind his older Sister Donnetta Mahdi; Brother Marvin (Lawana) Brooks; sister Shirlynn  Brooks; nieces Suerethia, Monique,Tameka, Cierra,Markayla and nephew Lil Marvin Brooks
