James C. Caesar went to be his Father on April 16, 2011 peacefully at his home. Preceded in death by his parents, James and Beauty Caesar. He leaves to cherish his memory, daughters, Kel-lee D. Caesar and Terrell (Terrence) Parker-Davis; siblings; grandchildren, Shaniyah Chambers, Jonetta Parker, Tenecia and Tocarra Davis; former wife, Diana L. Caesar; a host of cousins and many friends.
