Jalen Lamar Ward, age 12, passed away April 22, 2017 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. A lifelong resident of Columbus, Jalen is survived by his loving parents, Kimberley Johnson and Patrick Ward, along with a host of other devoted family members and dear friends.
