Jacqueline Louise “Jakki” Mann, 65, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at OSU East Hospital. She is preceded in death by father Russell K. Mann; mother Grace E. (Foster) Mann and sister Gayle Beacham. Survived by sons, Michael T. (Joy) Bivens and Sean (Tracy) West; sisters, Rosalyn (William) Holmes and Alycia Mann; brothers, Larry Mann and Jerry Mann and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
