Irenia E. Robinson

Irenia Esther Robinson (Springer) was born on October 30, 1935 to Mr. John Springer and Mrs. Mary Graham Springer in Carroll County Georgia. Irenia married the late Raymond Robinson and relocated to Cleveland, Ohio where she was a faithful member and usher at Calvary Hill Missionary Baptist church for many years. Irenia continued her usher duties at Mount Enon Missionary Baptist Church while living in Dayton, Ohio and most recently at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. Irenia was a licensed cosmetologist and earned her Associates Degree at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. Irenia loved the Lord and was a devoted mother to her children. Irenia was an avid bowler, enjoyed playing cards and vacationing with her family. Irenia departed this life on February 1, 2020 and was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers and two sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory 3 adoring sons, Kenneth Robinson of Douglasville, Georgia, Keith (Darrell) Robinson of Las Vegas, Nevada and Dwayne (Angela) Robinson, 2 granddaughters, Alayah Simone and Alana Shae of Columbus, Ohio; brother Christopher (Alvesta) Springer of Temple, Georgia, sister Thelma Brye of Anniston, Alabama, sister-in-laws Rose Springer of Salisbury, NC, Ruth Williams of Bremen, Georgia and Rosie Mae Hayes of Hamilton, Ohio; first cousin Mozell Merritt of Anniston, Alabama; Goddaughter Karen Lawrence of Washington DC; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
