Idastean Onita Winton was born March 9, 1945 in Forrest City, Arkansas to Lawerence Abraham and Katherine Franklin. She was preceded in death by both parents, grandparents, husband, Horace Michael Winton, daughter, Micheale Richardson, son, Gerald Futch, and special sister-in-law, Bobbi Hunt.
She completed her High School Education at Childress High School in Wynne, Arkansas, then went on to completing her College Degree at HBCU Philander Smith in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She taught education for a number of years in the Forrest City, Arkansas School district, then later moving to Columbus, OH where she worked in housing, then transitioned to a Property Manager for Carriage House of Columbus, where she retired from after 30 plus years.
She accepted Christ at an early age at St. Mary CME Church in Wynne, Arkansas and was an active member serving as a Stewardess and was on the financial committee at Asbury North United Methodist Church in Columbus, Ohio.
She leaves behind her two Granddaughters, Morgan and Tiffany Richardson; great-granddaughter Nora Russell; Step-Daughter Sina Draughn, and special cousin Sharon Beckham.
To cherish her memory and remember her love and personality, she leaves a host of cousins and friends.
