Harriett Belle Carter

HARRIETT BELLE CARTER, age 82, passed peacefully at her residence, Sunday, September 1, 2019. She was born on Wednesday, November 4, 1936, in Greenup, Kentucky. Harriett was an East High School graduate. She worked at AEP in accounting. Harriett was preceded in death by her husband, James Carter; parents, Kathryn E. McConnel and Sturgis Crump; aunt, Dr. Helen Hord; special friend, Herbert Street; second mother, Alice V. Crump; and brother, Stephen Crump. Loving memories are cherished by her devoted brother, Aviro R. (Linda) Crump; sisters, Patricia Crump, Norma Mason, Margo Bange, Sonja (Albert) Munnerlyn, and Cherry Crump; cousins, Donna McConnel, Shelia (Ike) Day, Jackie Crump, Jeannie Hill Parks, Carolyn Hill, Annette (Arnold) Ware; sister-in-law, Sandra Street; brothers-in-law, Chester Street, Charles Street, and Robert Street; long-time friends, Carolyn Kerr, Veda Ann White, Andrea Wallace, and Margret Bell; cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
