George Washington Jordan, 88, passed on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Franklin Woods Nursing Home. Preceded in death by mother Mattie Bea Holmes-Jordan; father Henry Jordan; sons Clarence Maurice Ogden, Mark Langford Ogden, Christopher Scott Jordan; grandson Henry Tyrone Whiteside III; brother Robert Jordan; sister Gladys Curry. Survived by wife, Rev. Dolores T. Jordan; daughters, Brenda J. Collins, Lynette (Jesse) Green; grandchildren, Tischa (Anthony) Lee, Bridgitte Collins, Jainell Dalcaure Medina, Jermain Dalcaure (Tesa Hutcheison), Jeremy “JR” Dalcaure, Stephanie Ogden, Lisa Ogden; 11 great grandchildren.
