Preceded in death by his parents, James John and June Faith (Molohan-Kerstetter) Fatula. Survived by wife, Debra Fatula; son, Derek Fatula and brothers, James J. and Charles M. Fatula, of Ellwood City and Richard F. Fatula, of Columbus, Ohio.
