Fred Barton, age 74, born in Cedartown, Georgia, was called Home on Saturday, February 26, 2011. Fred was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Mildred Barton. He leaves to cherish his memory, loving daughters, Stephanie Barton and Toia Talley; sister Shirley Smith; nephew Derrick Barton, Sr.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Homegoing Celebration 12 noon, Friday, March 4, 2011 at the Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, 1200 Brentnell Ave., where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the start of service. Bishop Dr. Eugene Lundy, officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
