He was preceded in death by parents, Hattie and Frank Wade Sr.; son, Brent Wade and uncle, Eugene (Mary) Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memory loving and devoted wife, Constance Kirk Wade; and devoted son, Trevell Wade; daughters, Stacie (Dante) Stiggers and Mika Smith; son, Algie (Jacquise) Wade; brother, Edward (Donna) Wade; sister, Lois Wade and special niece, Akila Howell.
