Francine Stafford Kelley

Francine Stafford Kelley, passed away at  Grant Hospital. Born in Beckley West Virginia. She moved to Ohio at an early age and has been a lifelong Southside resident in Columbus Oh. Preceded in death by her Father William Perry, and husband Rickey Kelley, Son Samuel Stafford and Sister Linda McDowell. Survived by Mother Marguerite McDowell, Siblings Bernette Yuil, Leaundra Jackson, Rossalyn Gordon (Wes), Harry Mcknight (Tammy). Children: Kim Perry Graggs, Eric Stafford (Christine) Michael Perry, Zebada Stafford Lipscomb (James), Theresa Moorman, Alan Stafford, Shanika Kelley, James Kelley, Dasha Kelley, Deshawn Kelley, Alisha Kelley. She raised as her own Amadea & Adriana Jennings, and Cordell Thomas. Francine has numerous Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, Nephews and Nieces. Special Friend Gary.Francine leaves behind 23 Grandchildren,19 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Granchilden,whom she adored.
