Frances Lacey, 98, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Charleston, W.Va., transitioned from this life to eternal life on Sunday, October 28, 2012. A member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Kay Blakely of Cincinnati, Ohio; her son, William Lacey, Jr. of Columbus, Ohio; 3 grandchildren, Thomasena Simmons, Bishop Randy (Beverly) Triplett of Moreno Valley, California and Shelia Johnson; 8 great-grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends
