Frances E. Cabiness, 75, passed on June 7, 2014 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Daughter of the late Anderson and Mary Ina Caldwell. Graduate of Central High. Preceded in death by parents; brothers Alva, Arthur, John, Audee, Nathaniel, Anderson and Clark Caldwell; sisters Sally Nivins, Maxine Ashton, Mary Lambert; nephew Thomas J. Nivins, Jr. Survived by husband of 46 years, Harold W. Cabiness; sons, William A. Cabiness, Aaron F. (Donnetta Gray) Cabiness; grandchildren, Dominique Michelle, Aaron Ramón; brothers, David H. and Richard E. (Cara) Caldwell; nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
