Edna Evelyn (Tanksley) Rusher

Edna E. Tanksley Rusher, age 76, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012. A graduate of Central High School and retired from Franklin County Child Enforcement Agency. Preceded in death by parents Green and Estella Tanksley, and brothers Joseph and Wallace. Survived by husband Walter Rusher; daughters, Cheryl Havis, Evelyn Rusher, and Michele Rusher; son Jordan Rusher; grandchildren Willie, Kylie, and Phillip Havis, Elisha Jackson, and Keyante Watkins; brother William (Beatrice) Tanksley; sisters, Mary Lang of Los Angeles, CA, Winifred Pagan, Mildred Wooden, and Mattie Miller; foster sister Patricia Glover; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
