Dwayne Anthony Tate

Dwayne Anthony Tate was born on March 22, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois. He arrived in Columbus, Ohio as an infant where he remained as a lifelong resident. Dwayne was a graduate of Mifflin High School. He is survived by his mother, Leotha Tate; father, Davie Tate, Jr.; sister, Davina F. Tate; brother, Davie Tate III; niece, Kayla C. Tate; and a host of cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lovator Stacker and Mack Croom Funches.
