Dorothy McDougald Foster, age 82, went home to the Lord Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Retired employee, DCSC; member of Pilgrim Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her parents, Henry Luther McDougald and Mattie Clark McDougald; brothers, Clark McDougald, John Henry McDougald, Habakkuk McDougald, and Manash McDougald. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Toya Foster Hall (Brian); grandchildren, Anthony Foster, Teela Foster, and Khalilah Morris; great-grandchildren, Khairi Thomas, Mekhi Sherell Foster, and Jkhyla Foster.
