Choclate Mosley Lee, 59 years old of Columbus, Ohio with her loving family by her side was called home on February 11, 2015 after a brief battle with cancer. She was an employee of the city of Columbus Health Department for over 30 years (retiree). Ms. Lee was predeceased by her mother Joyce Mochoge, two sisters Joyce Mosley and Camilla Rakes. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Ricole Rakes-Witcher, granddaughters Jasmine and JaNai Rakes and great-grandson Carter.
