Charles “Chucky” David Washington Jr., 48, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at his residence. He was born to Charles and Faye Washington, Sr. of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Attended Columbus Public and Licking County Schools. Employee of C E Midwest Construction Company. Preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents. Survived by wife, Pamala Washington; son, Antonio “Tony” Washington; daughters, Roberta, Alexis (Malik) and Ariel; stepchildren, Justin, Tristan and Scotty; grandchildren, Marriam, Prince, Malashia and Kali’anna; parents, Charles and Faye Washington Sr.; sisters, Alisa Renee (Juan) Porras and Raquel Desiree; nieces, Precious, Mahogany, Kosha and A’nya; nephew, Juan Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer monetary donations for Charles’ family. Donations can be made at any Huntington Bank branch into the ‘Charles Washington Jr. Mem Fund’.
