Member of the Cavaliers Club and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Preceded in death by mother, Doris (Smith) Lewis and sister, Ann Smith. Survived by wife, Jacqueline Smith; father, Earl Smith; daughter, Saria Smith; son, Marcus (Tisha) Smith; special nephew, Montreal (Bautina) McKinzie; 3 grandchildren, 2 special grand nephews, 3 sisters and a host of other relatives and friends.
