**Obituary for Betsy McBroom**

Betsy Jean Harton McBroom, beloved mother, grandmother, and aunt and cousin friend, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 26th, 2026, at 2:27 PM, at Grant Medical Hospital, in Columbus, Ohio, she was Born in Tazewell Virgina. on Tuesday, August 10th, 1943. Betsy came to Columbus OH IN 1963, she lived a life full of warmth, generosity, and devotion to those she loved.

A lifelong resident of Ohio, Betsy was known for her vibrant spirit and unwavering kindness. Her home was a symbol of love and hospitality, always open to family, friends, and those in need of comfort or companionship. She dedicated her life to nurturing her community, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Betsy Jean is survive sons Robbie and Eric, grandchildren cousins and St Phillips and Faith Mission Holy Church Family.

A service celebrating her life will take place with interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estate in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. interment on Friday, August 14th, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
