Arthur Lee “Smitty” Smith, 72, passed away Friday, April 19, 2013 at his residence. He was preceded in death by father Johnie Smith; son Arthur, Jr., daughter Sherry; grandsons Marquice and Clifford; sister Margrett. He is survived by wife, Dorothy; mother, Emma; daughter, Cynthia; son, Arthur J. (Saleema); stepchildren, Vanessa, Anna, Chaney; grandchildren, Arthur III (Simone), Antonio, Madhi, Jermaine (Kashairia), Asia; great grandson, Jermaine T.; sisters Denise (Luther), Shirley, Rosa, Stacy and Tracy; uncles, David and Clarence Smith; aunts, Mary Baker and Marie Croom; special sister-in-law, Diane Brown, all of Columbus; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
