December 1, 1916 — March 27, 2013
Arthur “Joe” Brown, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2013. Born in Sparta, Georgia to Nelson and Mary Brown. He was the last of their 7 children. A veteran of WWII. Survived by loving wife of 60 years, Alberta Brown; beloved children, Veda, Arthur Jr. (Fredricka) Brown, Mary (Keith) Baker; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. He will be missed by his loving family and friends.
